

Enjoy the SOLC Restaurant Tasting Menu, which is presented as an option to get to know the different varieties of products available on the menu, mixing flavors and origins, all prepared with the help of our Consultant Chef Nandu Jubany. Immediacy, freshness, origin and respect are concepts linked to the hotel's culinary initiative.
Restaurant SOLC brings to the kitchen raw products from the Maresme's own garden, as well as meat and fish from local producers. The restaurant has been conceived as a tribute to the products that the closest nature has offered to Catalan cuisine since ancient times.
