SOLC's Gourmet Brunch, a classic of Sundays in Barcelona. Created by our chef David Romero, it brings together a variety of dishes served at the table such as the famous "Eggs Benedictine" or "Baked Sea Bass with Puff Pastry", and a dessert buffet that is a temptation for those with a sweet tooth. The gastronomic proposal varies every Sunday depending on the seasonality of the product.
